3096 Tage is a German crime drama directed by Sherry Hormann. The film is about Natascha Kampusch, a ten year old girl who suffered for 8 years at the hands of her kidnapper Wolfgang Priklopil. This film was writer Bernd Eichinger's last film before his sudden death. In late 2012 Cambell-Hughes lost a drastic amount of weight for the film which was deemed as concerning however the actress stated that she wanted to suffer as much as Kampusch did.
