The film consists of interviews with the serial killer & court room recordings. Before this documentary, there was another documentary directed by Nick Bloomfield himself. It is called Aileen Wuornos: The Selling of a Serial Killer.
The most known footage in this film is the interview the day before Aileen's execution.
At the end of the documentary, there's a footage of the prison spokesman reading Aileen's final statement. "'I'm sailing with the Rock, and I'll be back. Like Independence Day with Jesus, June 6, like the movie, big mothership and all. I'll be back."
